Well then, I figured I should update this section, or rather, make it in the first place. TheMTA has been up for just over a year and has been getting increasingly popular, so I thought I'd put something here to help protect me legally.

All content on TheMTA that is original (pretty much everything except for some of the stuff here and there) has been copyrighted and is the property of TheMTA. I'm not a prick about stuff like that, so if you want to use anything, pretty much just cite that you got it from here and let me know about it. If you are using and material for profit reasons, then I want to know in advance and depending on that material and use, I want compensation. Again, I'm not a dick, but if some company comes by and decides to use something for their ad campaign or whatnot, I don't want that just slipping by me.

If there are any pictures or videos on my website that you are in and that clearly identify you, and you do not wish them to be posted online anymore then just e-mail or talk to me, and if you can prove that you are that person (or I otherwise know that it is you), then I will censor you out of whatever material it is. You know, pretty much the guidelines with TV if a person does not want to be included (blurred out face and what not).
